The intention here is to give you a glimpse of the work and life of a professional Problem Solver.
Currently, I work as a Director for SSA & Company (formerly Six Sigma Academy). Prior to this, I was Manager, Innovation & Continuous Improvement Methology (I&CIM) for Delphi Corp. I was elected as a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2005. Currently, I serve as the Chair-Elect of the ASQ Automotive Division and Vice-Chair of the ASQ Dayton, OH Section.
I will be charing an ASQ Symposium on Improving Healthcare Quality and Costs using the tools and techniques proven effective in automotive quality.
